The five elements–lightning, water, earth, wind and fire–are the perfect image for balance and interconnectedness.

Awareness, Learning, Fitness, Social Relations and Willpower

Each one influences and reinforces the others in a continuous cycle of growth and improvement.

The elements are all linked with each other

Each element represents a unique force, yet they rely on one another to create harmony. Just as these elements combine to shape the natural world, our own growth depends on the balance and interaction of various aspects of our lives.

We will notice that every element influences the others: while it may seem counterintuitive at first, exercising can improve our learning ability, learning can increase our awareness, awareness can strengthen our willpower, and willpower can help build relationships. In turn, building relationships can further boost our willpower. All the combinations are possible and interconnected.
