The Cycle of Life

The Shape of Time, Shala, had witnessed with her own eyes the beginning of the cycle of life in Esperia.

She remembered when nature took form, eventually spreading in harmony with the mountains, the seas, and the rivers.

She remembered the first Espers, born with their beautiful inner light, which they would call StarDust.

When an Esper reached the end of their journey, their StarDust gently fragmented like a firework, spreading across the land and quietly giving back the love it had received during its life.

The other Espers could all feel it too, and they would carry with them a part of its wisdom.

The younger ones, especially, felt their StarDust vibrating differently after receiving a part of one who had passed.

“What is happening?”

Shala would gently smile and say, “You have just received the parting gift of a departed one. It is a part of their StarDust, and it will help you on your journey ahead.”

    For a Noble Cause
