One thing was certain.
The behavioral instincts linked to the need to meet one’s basic needs were deeply rooted.
The use of magic on Esperia had allowed the wealthiest to overcome those necessities, leaving room for a way around those instincts.
We want more. Always more. No longer out of necessity or precaution. But often out of pure vanity or selfishness, whether conscious or not.
But the presence of Atma had helped the Espers understand that developing one’s StarDust in balance made it possible to become aware of this.
That awareness then allows one to realize that what drives us to always want more can be controlled.
Of course, learning to control oneself when the world constantly dazzles us with promises and wonders is not easy for everyone.
Promoting nobler values was one of the pillars of a fairer and more harmonious world for all.
But the question remained the same:
“Who truly wants such a world when they can enjoy more without worrying about others…?”

Why This Need for More and More?
One thing was certain. The behavioral instincts linked to the need to meet one’s basic needs were deeply rooted. The use of magic on Esperia had allowed the wealthiest to overcome those necessities, leaving room for a way around those instincts. We want more. Always more. Thinking Long Term
Shala’s presence had made something wonderful possible for Esperia: thinking long term. Does that sound insignificant? The Espers were not creatures naturally inclined to think across long periods of time, spanning decades or even centuries. But one thing was clear to the Seven Shapes: if they were finally going to create a civilization united in…

Synergistic Cooperation
The Seven Shapes had clearly understood that while ideas could give birth to utopias, addressing the reality of a problem obviously required practical implementation, a plan, and achievable concrete actions. “It is necessary to involve the Five Elements. If nothing has truly been done in that direction until now, then it is indeed time to…

Being Captivated by an Essential Subject
In the great library of Esperia, a conference led by Faya, the Shape of Will, was taking place. Vingel, our little Fire dog, happened to pass by and took a look inside. He heard Faya speak these words: “Very often, the problem is not a lack of willpower, courage, or effort. It is much simpler…

Holding Onto Hope
Joliko, our little red panda companion, now understood the importance of health, not only on a physical level, but on a mental level as well. Little by little, he had managed to distance himself from the addictions that had consumed him for years and had also kept him from understanding the reality of the world…

Perception of Reality
Roboka, our little electric robot, was as representative as could be of the general state of mind of the Espers on the planet. Completely absorbed by entertainment and the new forms of media created through the use of magic across Esperia, Roboka no longer had any way of perceiving reality. Even his encounter with Simba,…

Mutual Understanding
As was his habit, Cha Cha was reflecting on the current society of Esperia and how it could be made fairer and more harmonious for everyone. As he was lost in thought, he noticed how Guruko, his Esper friend of the Wind element, had an intriguing ease in making new companions and building mutual understanding…

No Longer Being Confused
When Vati became the Shape of Wisdom, she was filled both with a deep sense of humility and with confusion before the gargantuan task that stood before her, as well as before the other Shapes. “We simply have the mission of transforming the world so that it may finally become fair and equal for everyone…”…
