Today’s Tale

Welcome to Esperia — A World of Harmony and Magic
In Esperia, magical creatures called Espers nurture the StarDust, a glowing energy that lives within all.
The Seven Shapes guide this world, bringing balance, wisdom, and care to every being.
Each day, One Daily Tale shares a story from their magical tome—let it inspire your StarDust to shine brighter.
Step into today’s story and let the magic unfold…

If there is one thing that is difficult for the Espers to do, it is to properly take into consideration everything that is not visible to their eyes: the future rather than the present moment, the system as a whole rather than their personal situation, the general Shadow of their entire civilization…
And mental health may perhaps be connected to this general Shadow.
If each Esper is part of society as a whole, the Shadow of that society, resulting from billions of individuals, can hardly be perfectly aligned with each individual.
Disparities exist and can deteriorate an individual’s mental health.
Understanding the direction society is taking, while seeing it turn a deaf ear to calls concerning the problems of climate change or inequalities throughout the world, is certainly a source of inner conflict.
Young people are particularly sensitive to the contradictions of this general Shadow and can therefore become vulnerable to unstable mental health.
Good health, both physical and mental, is nevertheless essential to illuminate the element of Earth with its StarDust.

Sleep is OP!
Just like humans somehow forget about their brain—because they can’t see it—they also forget how much their sleep impacts their daily lives… Sleep might be the most overpowered tool that enhances every aspect of one’s life: from learning to physical development, better mood, and more energy. The list is endless! When you think about it,…

Scales
Of all the 7 Shapes, Eklea was the most difficult to grasp and understand. This is why all the Espers needed to take time, every single day, to remind themselves how tiny they were in the vastness of the multiple universes they lived in—but also how important they were to one another, and to the…

Smile!
Guruko and Cha Cha were reading a part of the book One Daily Tale, about a powerful tool that every Esper on Esperia knew about. It was a smile! When they read this, they both looked at each other, wondering what it truly meant… “A smile can lift the day of anyone who sees it.…

The Great Library of Esperia
In Esperia, one of the most respected places was the Great Library. Not only was it filled with every kind of book—written by the Shapes themselves and by Espers on topics like nature or the peculiar laws of physics in their Universe, which allowed the arts of magic—but it was also a place to discuss…

Balanced States
On Earth, many, many things have existed in a state of balance—long before the human species began dominating the planet. There was the natural cycle of water: clouds formed from the oceans, turned into rain, and flowed back through rivers to the seas. There was also the natural movement of winds, as warmer air tends…

Take the Time
When was the last time you took a moment just for yourself—not doing anything, just a few minutes of simply being? I know that most of you will reply: “I don’t have time to do that.” Unfortunately, if you don’t have time for yourself, even just a few minutes a day, no one else can…

The Brain
Cha Cha thought that, theoretically, on Earth, even though the Seven Shapes are unknown to everyone, the human brain might be what a potential StarDust looks like! Feeding and exercising our body indirectly powers our brain, and the better the source of energy—what we eat—the better our brain functions. Learning, of course, but also interacting…

Frustration is Good!?
Ever wonder why it feels so frustrating when you’re trying to learn new things? You feel like you’re not making progress, or you’re already forgetting what you just learned? This is exactly what learning looks like! Without this kind of friction when we do new things, our brain would have no reason to change, adapt,…
