A Common Resonance

For this lesson, which was considered one of the most difficult, Faya put a great deal of effort into teaching the Espers about resonance.

Though Faya preferred to put things into practice, this lesson was particularly abstract, which is why she asked the other Shapes to help her.

“The most difficult part about resonance,” said Faya, her face thoughtful, “is that many times, what resonates with you doesn’t match what the world around you displays. This was especially true when things reached their worst during the Chaos War…”

“Yet, staying aligned with what resonates with you—and you alone—is the key to being true to yourself,” added Eklea.

“Now that we know about StarDust, it seems that resonance is connected to its vibrations. That’s why every Esper has a different StarDust and a different resonance,” said Vati.

“But in the end, for a world of prosperity like the one we were able to create, a common resonance must be found. For Esperia, it was built upon the StarDust,” concluded Faya.
