A World That Has Become Ultra-Complex

The civilization of the Espers had been built over thousands of years, and for a newborn discovering the world, this meant trying to make connections between billions of objects and increasingly complex and abstract systems, in which billions of individuals were put to work, while no one could fully understand how they functioned anymore.

And with new technologies bringing forth new entities advanced enough to add even more complexity, trying to understand things that may seem ordinary at first glance becomes extremely complicated if one truly seeks to explore all their hidden details and implications.

How can we return to simpler systems?

Or even, is it still possible to do so?

For soon, systems would no longer be administered by the Espers themselves, but by programs that would find better ways to communicate with one another and provide services that had until then been inconceivable.

Such was the situation shortly before the War of Chaos, when each of the elemental lands tried at all costs to develop its own technology as quickly as possible, promising to give it a decisive advantage over the others.

Who would be the ones to pay the price?

All the victims of the War of Chaos, which decimated not only their own civilization, but also, and perhaps above all, the entire ecosystem of Esperia

    Rhythm and Nature

Of all the Shapes of Esperia, Atma, the Shape of Balance, was certainly the one most attuned to the music of nature: the wind playing through the gentle leaves of a splendid oak tree, the soft breeze rippling across a calm sea, the birds singing at sunrise in a green valley—and even the raw roar…

The StarDust allowed the Espers to trust one another, placing fear under the guidance of their awareness and wisdom, and enabling them to…

    Challenge Accepted

One Daily Tale was a special book. It was written with magic, and the 7 Shapes themselves spent their time reflecting on how to write and present the important—yet simple—points of the concept, which was linked to harmony with nature and peace for the living creatures of Esperia. This was when Faya stood up a…

A World Without the 7 Shapes

In a world without the 7 Shapes, humankind had to develop without knowledge, without awareness. This marked the beginning of a world based on the survival of the fittest, where physical strength became the natural way to survive—without knowing how to communicate, unable to trust one another, and instinctively fearing others. Without an understanding of…

Guruko had named him Cha Cha. Taking…
