An Overview

If there was one thing the Espers of the lightning element were known for, it was their ability to maintain an overall view.

The very nature of the elements still remained a mystery to be explored, yet developing the lightning element allowed anyone to see the world from a broader perspective.

Thus, in relation to time, a long-term vision became easier to embrace. While other elements stopped at nearby events, the Espers of the lightning element could see further and were already thinking about what would come next.

An overall view also makes it possible to see a problem from another angle, as it becomes easier to perceive the relationships between facts or things that may seem, at first glance, unrelated.

The Espers of the water element, representing wisdom, also possessed this ability to see the world in a calm and thoughtful way.

These two elements indeed work well together: water conducts electricity and amplifies its effects.
