Arrogance

While the end of the Chaos War brought a sudden state of peace to Esperia, the way the StarDust worked ushered in a period of necessary adaptation.

The Seven Shapes did their best through the work of One Daily Tale, but the lingering Shadow within many Espers still prevailed over their StarDust.

Yakara was a powerful Esper who had been consumed by arrogance. Gifted from birth, he soon began to look down on others and lacked any sense of humility.

Eklea and Yakara were both of the Lightning Element, but their approaches could not have been more different.

Eklea did her best to help other Espers understand their StarDust and their Shadow.

Yakara, admired for his talent, attracted many young followers—but he used their admiration to further his own cause.

“Yakara is indeed very dangerous,” said Eklea. “His talents are real, but his actions may lead to yet another war…”
