Just like Shala, the Shape of Time, the end of the War of Chaos had revealed to the Espers the existence of Atma, the Shape of Balance, born at the moment when the most powerful magics of the Five Great Elements merged and illuminated the entire planet with a new light, which came to be known as the StarDust.
Although the Espers had succeeded in dominating the planet until then, they had never truly done so while taking nature, the oceans, or even the land itself into account… The very things upon which their own survival depended.
A paradox that had led many thinkers to question their true nature…
But for the Seven Shapes, it was not a lost cause. On the contrary, the discovery of the StarDust and the understanding of the existence of Shala and Atma gave rise to a new hope: the hope of rebuilding a civilization whose values would finally be in harmony with the consequences of its actions, both toward nature and toward its own civilization.
These changes would require the efforts of everyone. But it was precisely because everyone was concerned that discussions and debates could finally truly begin.
Day after day, through One Daily Tale, the Espers, by nurturing their StarDust, had the opportunity to perceive their Shadow, to befriend it, and to understand how it sometimes led them to act out of balance with nature.
An inner balance that gives rise to the desire to live in balance with nature.
