There was a saying that Kenko liked a lot, and though it did not directly concern health, she appreciated the idea behind it, as it reflected the principles taught by the other Shapes as well.
“You should be grateful for the little things you receive — whether it is simple lodging or a meal.”
Kenko admired how it connected our basic needs for health, such as a good night’s sleep and proper, nourishing food, with the importance of being thankful to those who provide them.
It might be your parents when you are still just a child.
It might be the people who worked hard to produce the products you use and consume.
“Being healthy isn’t only about your body. Your mind is involved too, and being humble and thankful is a good way to keep your spirit well.”
“Eklea is also here to remind us of the small things we sometimes overlook. She helps us stay aware that our daily actions carry meaning.”
