Intrinsic Motivation

Vingel was an Esper of the Fire element whose appearance resembled that of a small dog.

For many years, he had asked himself existential questions without ever truly finding answers.

The reason for existence.

The purpose of life.

Little by little, it had exhausted him, and he eventually lost motivation for everything he did.

He simply let himself drift along with the daily flow of his days, trapped in a routine that did not suit him anymore, yet one he no longer even tried to change.

“What’s the point?” he would say to himself.

Nevertheless, an almost miraculous encounter changed him.
As he wandered after yet another dull day of work, he heard a gentle voice along with applause.

Intrigued, he approached and discovered Gurumin, the Forme of Empathy, who had been invited to an outdoor conference.

She was full of life, and her smile radiated throughout the audience.

He was so deeply impressed that the memory engraved itself within him.

Beyond the words, he was filled with an emotion that rekindled his flame and made him realize how disconnected he had become from reality.

He understood that he needed to change his attitude, and little by little, he regained motivation in his daily actions.

That motivation transformed into a sense of responsibility toward preserving the ecosystem of his planet.

    Scales

Of all the 7 Shapes, Eklea was the most difficult to grasp and understand. This is why all the Espers needed to take time, every single day, to remind themselves how tiny they were in the vastness of the multiple universes they lived in—but also how important they were to one another, and to the

    Smile!

Guruko and Cha Cha were reading a part of the book One Daily Tale, about a powerful tool that every Esper on Esperia knew about. It was a smile! When they read this, they both looked at each other, wondering what it truly meant… “A smile can lift the day of anyone who sees it.

    The Great Library of Esperia

In Esperia, one of the most respected places was the Great Library. Not only was it filled with every kind of book—written by the Shapes themselves and by Espers on topics like nature or the peculiar laws of physics in their Universe, which allowed the arts of magic—but it was also a place to discuss

    Balanced States

On Earth, many, many things have existed in a state of balance—long before the human species began dominating the planet. There was the natural cycle of water: clouds formed from the oceans, turned into rain, and flowed back through rivers to the seas. There was also the natural movement of winds, as warmer air tends

  • Take the Time

    Take the Time

When was the last time you took a moment just for yourself—not doing anything, just a few minutes of simply being? I know that most of you will reply: “I don’t have time to do that.” Unfortunately, if you don’t have time for yourself, even just a few minutes a day, no one else can

  • The Brain

    The Brain

Cha Cha thought that, theoretically, on Earth, even though the Seven Shapes are unknown to everyone, the human brain might be what a potential StarDust looks like! Feeding and exercising our body indirectly powers our brain, and the better the source of energy—what we eat—the better our brain functions. Learning, of course, but also interacting
