Irresistible Innocence

“The circle of life,” Gurumin said with a smile, knowing those words would awaken childhood memories in some hearts.

“A new generation arrives, and the older one passes on its experience, its knowledge, and its skills.”

“Then it becomes their turn to teach, and the cycle continues.”

Yet this obvious truth had gradually faded away, and it needed to be brought back into the light to rebuild Esperia.

One thing, however, had never changed.

Every child carries within them an irresistible innocence that brings a smile, even to those who have forgotten that they, too, were once children, when faced with such pure naivety.

But that purity was often stained by the bleak environment created by adults, who had lost sight of the importance of the younger generations.

For Gurumin, building a society where the well-being of children would become one of its founding pillars had to become a principle that everyone naturally agreed upon.

A world where the smiles of children would shine every day and soothe the Shadows buried deep within every Esper.

    Empathy

What truly defines us as humans? What sets us apart from other species? Not our physical strength, nor our intelligence. It is our social abilities—our capacity to form groups of many individuals—that have led the human species to eventually dominate the Earth. Empathy is our ability to understand and share the feelings of another. It…

Mastering a language is one of the key skills to develop. Why?…

    Natural Resources

In just a few hundred years, the shape of the Earth has drastically changed—mostly due to the use of fossil fuels that created the “world of abundance” we live in today. While this allowed some countries to thrive on this new “black gold,” when we realize that this resource is, first, not infinite, and second,…
