Just a Little Time, but Daily

Shala, the Shape of Time, understood better than anyone how powerful habits were for the Espers. To nurture their StarDust, it was important that those habits be as healthy and beneficial to society as possible.

Why?

Because time each day is limited, and the StarDust functions in a special way: a few minutes of daily care are more effective than several hours only once in a while. Sleep, too, is absolutely essential—not only for their mental and physical health, but also because it helps their StarDust shine more brightly.

Once good habits were established, working on the Seven Shapes became second nature, creating a positive cycle that brought harmony and peace to Esperia.

It only required a little time—but that time needed to be taken daily. As habits take a few days to form, bad ones also take a few days to fade.

So, try to remember Shala when you’re building your new healthy habits.
