Meditation

When Guruko was still very young and learning so much from Grandma Luna—about how the Espers lived, and how Esperia was a land of harmony—there was one thing she found hard to understand.
It was something a bit like meditation, as humans know it.

“The path to grow the seed of Eklea is surely the most difficult,” said Grandma Luna.
“But like anything else, the more you practice, the better you become.”

She added gently, “Remember, meditation is a way of recognizing that you are part of the whole universe. It’s a moment to live fully in the present, and to thank the Seven Shapes for their blessings.”

That’s why it’s important to take the time to listen to yourself—to notice how your body feels, and how your thoughts come and go like waves: sometimes soft, sometimes strong.

“And by doing that, we help the seed of Eklea grow, right?” asked Guruko.

“Exactly so,” replied Grandma Luna, with her always-comforting smile.

“I like meditations a lot!” said Cha Cha. “But I also fall asleep a lot while doing them…”

And everyone laughed.
