My train of thoughts in the news section

Besides the site, I’m also writing a personal diary. Lately, as the site takes up a good amount of my time, I’ve been writing a lot about my thoughts on its development.

I think it might be interesting and relevant to share my thought process in the news section, as it provides more context on why and what content I’m adding to the site.

Today’s run was tough.

I listened to the David Goggins podcast from Andrew Huberman again while running.

I’m planning to add sections to each element regarding key principles like time, balance, and the brain. David Goggins, while representing someone who can rise from rock bottom, is an exception that reinforces the rule that balance should be the key. Andrew Huberman also explained the role of a part of the brain that seems to be involved in willpower.
I believe this will better connect the sections.
I also plan to add a section on our consumer society, similar to the one on the environment.
