Rhythm and Nature

Of all the Shapes of Esperia, Atma, the Shape of Balance, was certainly the one most attuned to the music of nature: the wind playing through the gentle leaves of a splendid oak tree, the soft breeze rippling across a calm sea, the birds singing at sunrise in a green valley—and even the raw roar of thunder or the molten cascade of a volcano.

Nature and balance have always been profoundly interconnected, yet humans often forget this. Still, the seed of balance exists on Earth!

It’s no wonder we feel refreshed after a walk into the wild.

Many arts invented by humans are blessed with this subtle touch of balance: the rhythm of a melody, the flow of words in a romantic poem, the delicate stroke of a brush on canvas.

All of these remind us how deeply we are connected to nature—and how much we need it for our well-being.
