Start Acting for the Future Today

From then on, with Shala, the Shape of Time, placing greater emphasis on it, thinking about the future had become a normal part of life for the Espers since the end of the War of Chaos.

The Espers were not naturally creatures who placed the future first.

On the contrary, their Shadow urged them more strongly to satisfy their most immediate and readily accessible desires.

But the disaster of having allowed their Shadow to act under the banner of an exaggerated freedom had given way to a denial of the consequences of their own actions, the rise of extremism throughout the world, and had ultimately led to an unprecedented war, destroying along the way a large part of the ecosystem, which had already suffered greatly from the use of magic…

Isn’t a truly modern society one that places the education of its youngest members at the forefront, and acts in the present while thinking about the future?

The reckless use of magic, without considering its consequences for the environment, had destroyed a large part of the Aether of the planet.

Their population continued to grow without considering the resources that were nevertheless limited on their planet, and while some regions were bathed in luxury and abundance, others continued to suffer from famine.

All of this before the unknowing eyes of each one’s Shadow.

The new Esperia had been founded upon a rethinking of the values that should be promoted, for a society finally worthy of the term modern.

For a society that could finally be called “magnificent”
