Step by step

Thinking about how to solve climate issues, global inequalities, or the potential threats caused by new technologies was not enough for the Seven Shapes.

They had understood that, for things to change, these topics had to become natural subjects of discussion.

Because to solve problems, one must first become aware of them.

Little by little, step by step, things can change.

Because even though magic had radically changed the landscape of Esperia forever, one thing was certain: the Espers who inhabited it now had control over their own future.

The state in which future generations would discover their planet would depend on the actions taken, or not taken, from this very moment.

The actions of the past can no longer be changed, so the time to act is now.

The first step is to realize the seriousness of the problems, so that they can be approached with thoughtfulness.

By allowing difficult and sensitive subjects to finally be discussed by everyone, future generations, who unfortunately do not have a voice today, may have the chance to receive the support of those who understand the major challenges of this time, but who are still not given enough attention…

    Muscles

With age, we slowly begin to lose muscle mass naturally. And in many sedentary countries, desk work doesn’t help make up for this loss. That’s why it’s important to do a few exercises—ideally every day—to rebuild the muscles that are lost. It’s a combination of a few things: More muscles also mean more calories burned…

  • Failures

    Failures

There is a certain irony in how the human brain works: for us to learn and grow, we also need to fail personally. Babies do it naturally when trying to grab objects, sit up, or learn how to walk: they try, fail, try again, fail again… When this was understood by the Espers on Esperia,…
