Take the Time

When was the last time you took a moment just for yourself—not doing anything, just a few minutes of simply being?

I know that most of you will reply: “I don’t have time to do that.”

Unfortunately, if you don’t have time for yourself, even just a few minutes a day, no one else can make that time for you.

As with all the 7 Shapes, taking time for yourself is something only you can do.

When you begin to take the time—not only for yourself, but also for the things you do and the moments you spend with your family and friends—you start to enjoy them even more!

Remembering Shala, the Shape of Time, can be helpful: how she smiles at you the most when you live the present moment to its fullest.
