The absurdity of the world

Trying to create a world where peace prevails and all the Espers can live in harmony is no simple task.

The Seven Shapes themselves had to do their best every day and apply the principles they had written together in One Daily Tale.

“How the StarDust works makes things a bit difficult. It is so easy to fall back into bad habits: often, they may be useful for a short time, but as a whole, they become very detrimental. Good habits may seem useless, but they will reap their fruits in the long run and make the StarDust shine brighter,” said Vati, the Shape of Wisdom.

“If we Espers let things go on as they are, without intervention or guidance, the balance of the Five Elements will not be naturally created. We must remind ourselves of Atma, the Shape of Balance,” said Faya, the Shape of Willpower.

“This is how it has been for thousands of years, and the results have been nothing but countless disputes and endless wars…” said Eklea, the Shape of Awareness.

    Fighting Against an Unfavorable Situation

The Espers of the fire element had built a reputation for always fighting, even in the most unfavorable situations. They had naturally understood that this was how their fire element grew. Faced with the immense task that the reconstruction of Esperia represented, the need to rethink the world as a whole had finally reached the center of discussions. “We now finally understand that we share one single planet,” began Vati, the Shape of Wisdom. “We also understand that the five elements, as different as they may

It was this image that had become present in the minds of the Espers

    Preventing Future Problems

Despite their ability to use magic by consuming the Aether of their planet, the Espers had great difficulty perceiving the world on timescales beyond their own. Indeed, their senses did not naturally allow them to grasp such realities; the present moment or a much nearer future would then dominate their thoughts and lead them to

If until now the Espers had not understood that each of the five elements was only a part of a whole, and that they shared a single planet on whose resources they depended.
