The Brain

Cha Cha thought that, theoretically, on Earth, even though the Seven Shapes are unknown to everyone, the human brain might be what a potential StarDust looks like!

Feeding and exercising our body indirectly powers our brain, and the better the source of energy—what we eat—the better our brain functions.

Learning, of course, but also interacting with others, trying new challenges (especially after failures), being curious about the world, and being aware of it all help our brain grow.

And as we sleep each night, all those steps for a healthy brain need to be done daily—as habits that grow with time—because it is during sleep that everything we’ve experienced gets processed in our brain.

This is also why balance in how we use our time is important. Neglecting any of the Shapes means neglecting to nurture one of the Seven Seeds, since sleep is when we process all of the day’s experiences.
