The Importance of Children’s Education

If there was one thing that all the Esper children on the planet shared, it was their natural ability to learn new things quickly and to retain the values they learned for the rest of their lives.

Obviously, these values can evolve over time, but for a child whose values have not yet been established, what values do you think they will learn first?

Often, those of the land where they live and of the adults around them.

On Esperia, the five elemental lands placed emphasis on the values specific to their element.

Wisdom for water.

Empathy for wind.

Awareness for lightning.

Health for earth.

Responsibility for fire.

Post-war Esperia had finally brought to light something that would revolutionize Esper civilization: the StarDust required these five values to be developed in balance.

Action was therefore needed, on the one hand at the level of the lands, which had to propose not putting only their own element forward as the main value, and on the other hand at the level of adults, who had a significant, though sometimes unintended, influence on children.

Because children often learn by imitating.

And who will they imitate first?

Their parents, of course…
