The Seeds of a Just World

When the Seven Shapes first explained the principles of One Daily Tale, a silence could be heard throughout the entire world.

It was so simple that it left many of them perplexed, as they had expected far-fetched theories, unreasonable efforts, or even a return to the Stone Age.

There was nothing of the sort.

It was simply a matter of planting within each of them the seeds of a just world.

You know these seeds too, now.

The seeds that allow the StarDust present within each of the Espers to develop.

All of them had to be sown and gently cared for, day after day.

With time, these seeds would become the buds of a just world, where responsibilities would intertwine with dialogue between peoples, whatever their element, and where trust, which had allowed civilization to grow in the first place, would regain its rightful place.

Planting the seeds of a just world was then everyone’s responsibility and no one’s at the same time, with each person carrying, in their own way, their contribution to the world.

A sense of belonging to a society that championed equality was then taking shape.

The loneliness so often felt by many of the Espers would then become nothing more than a distant memory…

All it took was to take that first step.

Plant the seeds of a just world in your secret garden.

    Perceiving the dilemmas

The challenge the Seven Shapes had set themselves was far from simple. Trying to rebuild a civilization after a war that had decimated the population and a large part of the ecosystem seemed an almost insurmountable task. But things had changed, and therein lay the hope for a society finally acting in a modern way.…

    Against the Current

Making the right choices is not often easy. Especially when the almost insurmountable flow of society as a whole imposes a vision from which it is difficult to break free. Is There Really a Need?

The period of abundance brought about by the massive and limitless use of magic had come to an end. Interdependence in a Limited World

The Seven Shapes had clearly understood that, in order to rebuild Esperia, everyone’s efforts would be necessary, whatever their element. The period preceding the War of Chaos had developed, throughout all the elemental lands, the understandable but fruitless feeling that the fault always lay with others and that making efforts oneself only meant putting oneself…

    Taking Mental Health Seriously

If there is one thing that is difficult for the Espers to do, it is to properly take into consideration everything that is not visible to their eyes: the future rather than the present moment, the system as a whole rather than their personal situation, the general Shadow of their entire civilization… And mental health…

    Recognizing Your Own Faults

For the Espers, managing to recover the artifact of lightning, the spark of thunder, was perhaps the most difficult ordeal for most of them. To do so, they had to cross a region known as the thunderstruck plains, where Aether had accumulated and given birth to a place where lightning struck randomly and without interruption.…

Listening to Others and Listening to Yourself

The Espers were, all things considered, rather curious beings. Their history, spanning several tens of thousands of years, had led them, not without difficulties, to control their planet, to the point of being capable of impacting its global ecosystem. The discovery and use of magic had accelerated the evolution of their civilization, but they also…

A World That Has Become Ultra-Complex

The civilization of the Espers had been built over thousands of years, and for a newborn discovering the world, this meant trying to make connections between billions of objects and increasingly complex and abstract systems, in which billions of individuals were put to work, while no one could fully understand how they functioned anymore. And…
