Three-Legged Race

Do you know the concept of the three-legged race?

It is a race in which two people link their inner ankles together and run in unison. Thus, it is also a metaphor for two people working together to accomplish something.

Because each person runs on three legs, coordination is crucial, as being out of sync can lead to falls.

On Esperia, this idea of cooperation was often spoken of in the teachings delivered at the Great Library of Esperia.

As the number of individuals increases, the possibilities for dissonance greatly increase, and this is why keeping in mind that each of the Espers had to work together toward the common goal of peace and harmony for their shared planet, Esperia, was essential.

A three-legged race in which every Esper participates and which becomes a core way of thinking: respecting others and adapting to the inherent differences that everyone possesses.
