To act in one’s own favor

Now that the teachings of One Daily Tale had become the common educational writings for all the Espers of Esperia, following its principles had become evident and natural.

But newborn Espers were all born as complete blank pages, shaped by their closest environment.

Some Espers who had been very powerful in the past, when Chaos reigned and magical powers ruled, were bitter about their now-lost domination over others.

Even though Esperia was now at peace, they would sometimes continue to act only in their own favor. Instead of thinking for the sake of the whole group and of nature, they would try to take the most for themselves alone.

But what had changed since then was that now, the majority of Espers could recognize this kind of behavior, and while it took effort and time, and a great deal of willpower to be honest, they would try their best to talk and listen to one another.

Because they could now understand that even this kind of foolish, selfish behavior was in reality their hidden Shadow acting through them: they still had not been able to develop their StarDust.

    Mental Overload

Simba, our lovely little monkey-like creature, heard something extremely valuable. Not only does the body have limits, but so does the mind! If you exercise too much, it can lead to injuries. The same is true for mental health. The mind is like a reservoir that can fill with all kinds of emotions. Sometimes it…

    Initial Condition

Eklea, the Shape of Awareness, often reminded her students that the Initial Condition of a situation has a significant impact on its outcome. Does that seem obvious? At that time, all energy sources were renewable, with little risk of real damage to the environment, as everything was powered by natural elements or living beings. Sadly, history also shows that…

    The Chaos War

It took quite a long time before the Shape of Balance, Atma, and the meaning behind the word “Balance” finally became one of the accepted and evident keys to harmony in Esperia. Because, in fact, it’s a paradox: it’s not natural to be able to perceive them.” “We all know we live in…

    Nature as a Common Goal

Until the 7 Shapes worked together to create the foundations of One Daily Tale, Esperia wasn’t the harmonious land we had described! The Power of Action

Of all the courses in Esperia, Faya’s lessons on how to build willpower were certainly among the most energetic. As expected from the Shape of Fire!
