A Pillar for Life

Since the collective consciousness of all Espers had finally been reached, health as a pillar of life was naturally embraced as the path to follow.

The realization of the existence of both the StarDust and the Shadow within each of them brought about a profound and lasting change across Esperia.

Health now stood at the very core of existence, and caring for it daily became a natural habit.

For without proper health—both physical and mental—nothing can truly be accomplished!

Health is also the clearest reflection of one’s responsibility, for its care can only be undertaken by the Espers themselves.

A parent may eat all the healthy food and practice every habit for good mental well-being, but if the young one does not do the same, they will not be healthy.

Thus, Esperia was reimagined as a society where both Physical and Mental Health stand as essential pillars of life.

Kenko said: “The basics are the foundations of our life.”
