Daily Light Exercises

While a sedentary lifestyle has brought many benefits—such as wider access to education and advances in science—it has also led to a less desirable effect: a lack of daily light exercise.

Together with a good night’s sleep and proper nutrition, daily light exercise is essential for a healthy life! If you can add endurance and resistance training, that’s even better. As we age, we naturally begin to lose muscle, so to stay healthy in the long run, it’s important to at least counter this loss.

Building habits around daily light exercise can even help “passively” improve health! Simple actions like taking the stairs or walking a bit faster work wonderfully. What about riding a bicycle instead of driving when possible? It’s better for the environment, easier on your wallet, and healthier for you—a triple advantage!

Healthy habits bring many positive effects. Why not give them a try?

When the rules for Esperia were conceived and chosen, it became clear to the Seven Shapes that, in order to create a world of peace and harmony, those rules needed to be fair to everyone. Vati and Faya spoke often about responsibility and how every Esper also had the duty to be fair and square
