Shala, the Shape of Time, often discussed this topic with the other Shapes.

Just like us humans, the Espers had a finite life. So how to spend their time until the end was a question that sparked many debates in Esperia.

Some believed that since they had only a few years to live, living life to the fullest was the answer.

Others thought more about future generations, and how important it was to use their time wisely for them.

As always, Atma, the Shape of Balance, stood at the center of this complicated topic. Both the early game and the end game needed careful attention.

Think too much about the early game, and you forget about the future. On the other hand, focus too much on the future, and you forget to simply live.

The time we have is precious. We shouldn’t forget that.
