Emotional Fluctuations

Since the birth of Atma, who had become the symbol of Balance, the Espers had understood one thing. True balance does not lie in a straight and continuously stable line, but is the result of fluctuations, like the waves of the sea that come and go.

Gurumin, the Forme of Empathy, then connected this need for balance with the natural emotional fluctuations of the Espers.

“The goal is not to restrain our emotions, which are part of who we are, but to perceive them when they become too intense.”

Eklea, the Forme of Awareness, continued: “It is never easy to realize when one is overwhelmed by emotions. But little by little, it becomes possible.”

“It also allows us to become more tolerant toward others when it is their emotions that are speaking in their place.”

“We now understand the benefits of developing our StarDust, present inside each of us. It allows us to better understand our own emotional fluctuations. They are part of what we have called our Shadow, which includes the actions we do not consciously control,” added Vati, the Forme of Wisdom.

“By remembering the existence of Atma, the Forme of Balance, it becomes easier for all of us to realize that balance is a combination of highs and lows. What matters is that they do not become too extreme.

    In Good Health

If the concept of the five elements often seemed rather abstract at first for young Espers, the element of Earth was certainly the easiest for them to understand first.
