Flowers Bloom and Fade

The Chaos War had at least revealed one thing: the fleeting nature of life.
The impact of this war on the planet had been unprecedented.

For the use of magic consumed the planet’s life source, known as Aether…

And magic, while it could create things and improve living conditions, could also be used for far less noble purposes, such as destructive weapons…

Countless Espers had perished during this war, which had been the most devastating to date.

For indeed, the magics of the five elements had all evolved over the years and had become increasingly effective and deadly.

But the survivors, many of whom had no connection to the greedy and hateful desires of those responsible for the conflict, came to understand that the changes of the world can sometimes happen far more quickly than they appear.

Sometimes, believing that we have our whole lives ahead of us, we let ourselves drift and lose sight of the things that truly matter. But like the flowers that bloom and fade from spring to autumn, is it not important to guide our lives so that they hold meaning during the few years we have to spend on our planet?

    The Basics

As one of the central places in Esperia, the Great Library had many sections, but all of them were interconnected. As much as possible, the Espers tried to remind themselves of the importance of the 7 Shapes. Us (and Them)

Just as the brain needs failure to grow, it also needs to overcome adversity in order to learn. If there is no obstacle, why progress? The twist is that throughout history, this need for obstacles has sometimes taken the form of creating enemies. In many languages, this took the name of “barbarians.” In ancient times,…

  • Curiosity

    Curiosity

Have you noticed how young children ask so many questions about everything new they discover, hear, or see? This curiosity and fascination with the world is a gift that should be nurtured as much as possible. Why? Children

If the debate between nature and nurture has endured through the ages, looking at it from the perspective of brain development makes it clear that nurture plays a significant role in shaping who a person becomes as an adult. Even in the womb, before the cognitive parts of the brain have fully developed, the emotional…
