Full of enthusiasm and energy

The question of health is not simple.

It must be considered not only from the perspective of an individual, for whom a balanced diet and regular physical exercise are important, but also from the perspective of the group and society, as mental health is often closely connected there.

Kenko, the Shape of Health, had fully understood this duality and worked to share good practices for an individual and a society full of enthusiasm and energy.

To do so, she often collaborated with the other Shapes.

Indeed, Health is only one of the pillars that form a more balanced life.
And now that you know the StarDust, you know what those pillars are, don’t you?

With Vati, the Shape of Wisdom, she continued to learn more and more about the principles of good health.

With Gurumin, the Shape of Empathy, she reflected on group interactions and how to stimulate them to be full of enthusiasm.

Eklea, the Shape of Consciousness, often helped her notice that even though health is at the heart of daily life, it is easy to forget it and set it aside.

Finally, Faya, the Shape of Willpower, supported her in her actions to give courage to young Espers who were often lost in a vast society, sometimes making them feel disconnected from it.

“The responsibility of adults is to lead by example… And if until now this has not been the case at all levels of society, rebuilding Esperia is also about building fair foundations for a world in harmony.”

    For a Noble Cause

The Seven Shapes had understood one thing: no Esper was born with knowledge of the world, its history, or its tragedies. For the young, sometimes left to themselves, they had understood that it was more than necessary to establish a charter capable of guiding them. Thus, Faya, the Shape of Will, thought that having a
