Incomplete measures

If there is one thing the Seven Shapes never failed to do since they wrote One Daily Tale, it was to lead by example.

They understood very well the importance each individual held in creating a world of peace, and as the leaders of each Element, the Five Great Elements bore the difficult responsibility of showing the way not only to their own Element, but to the others as well.

Before they worked together to create the guidelines written in One Daily Tale, no leader had ever tried to create measures that would involve everyone, including the leaders themselves, even the most gifted, whether in skill or simply in wealth.

Now that the StarDust stood at the center of the new Esperia, it became a keystone for every Esper to show how they were truly working hard, each at their own level.

For example, the Espers of Water found greater ease with water-related magic and wisdom, but faced more difficulty with earth magic.

Yet with the way the StarDust worked, they had to force themselves to also develop the parts of themselves they were not accustomed to. The frustration of doing something difficult for them also strengthened their Fire Element. This Fire Element was often overlooked by the wealthiest of all: they had forgotten what effort meant.

The new measures for every Esper placed everyone before their own growth. No wealth and no magic could help them develop their inner StarDust. It was something each of them had to do by themselves, and only by themselves.
