Learn Yourself

You are you. So you believe you know yourself, right?

But when was the last time you truly spent time with yourself—without being distracted by the usual comforts of the developed world?

Eklea, the Shape of Awareness, was like a bright and shining star for the Espers of Esperia.

Whenever they glimpsed her presence, it gently reminded them to return to a deeper connection with consciousness—not only their own, but also that of the world around them.

One of the major studies in the “Awareness and Consciousness” section of the Great Library was the practice of taking time to reflect on oneself.

The Espers understood that while it was natural for the Young to follow and imitate others, it was even more important for each of them to discover their true nature.

And as always, it takes time and dedication—it needs to become a habit!
