Losing Sight of What Matters Most

Simba, our little monkey friend, had roamed across the lands of the different elements.

He had noticed one thing: while the elements differ on paper, the behaviors of the Espers were often the same, regardless of the element.

They thus tended to let themselves be absorbed by trivial distractions, to the point of forgetting deep aspirations that, nevertheless, give greater meaning to life.

Simba observed with irony how the creators of these new technologies promoted them, while forbidding them to their own offspring…

He would sometimes watch, with a somewhat sad expression, the spectacle of Espers with vacant stares, caught in the spiral of their increasingly personalized entertainments.

And under the guise of a so-called freedom, more and more individuals were losing sight of what matters most: the reality of life.

After they created One Daily Tale, the Seven Shapes knew this was only the first step toward a peaceful Esperia. “From now on, the real challenge begins,” thought Vati, who understood better than anyone that while truth could be written with words, actions and behaviors did not always follow naturally. This was when Faya stepped…
