Mens sana in corpore sano

While knowledge of a healthy way of life is of course important, Kenko, the Shape of Health, emphasizes practice above all. Because to have “a healthy mind in a healthy body,” you must care for both!

Body and mind are connected, and since time is limited and balance is key, Kenko always reminded the Espers that both must be nurtured daily.

“I know, everyone has their own preference. Some like to exercise, for some it’s easier to eat well, and others care for their mind by reading or spending time with compassion.”

“What about those who don’t really enjoy any of that?”

“This is where my friend Faya, the Shape of Willpower and Element of Fire, can help! Doing the things we don’t feel like doing actually strengthens us even more. Ironic, isn’t it?”
