Natural Balance

Living things have a natural way of staying balanced and stable.
When it’s hot outside, your body regulates itself by sweating so it doesn’t overheat. When your body needs energy, you feel hungry. When you need water, you feel thirsty.

There is a natural balance that keeps you healthy. If you eat too much, you may get sick. If you don’t eat enough, you will grow weak.

However, the signals we receive from the outside world are far from balanced. We are bombarded with stimuli through almost all our senses. Most often, this comes through our eyes, with long hours of screen exposure and flashy ads. But there is also noise pollution, like the constant flow of traffic. On top of that, we are surrounded by invisible waves, such as those from Wi-Fi, which our brains absorb passively.

All of these put a strain on our natural process of balance.
