Overflowing Energy

If there was one thing the Espers of the Earth element were known for, it was their overflowing energy.
Kenko, the Forme of Health and the Great Earth element, often reminded Espers around the world that it was not innate.

“It is true that the Earth element may be the most suited to vitality. But even this element, if it is not developed daily, will lose all its vigor.”

“In the same way, all Espers, whatever their element, can develop their Earth element and reach immeasurable levels of energy!

An Esper of the Wind present at the day’s lesson expressed his opinion:
“But I don’t like working on my Earth element.”

Kenko smiled and answered him gently.

“To be honest, only a few Espers enjoy making these efforts. For the others, it is difficult and requires the will to begin. But if you think about it carefully, it kills two birds with one stone!”

“Two birds with one stone?” asked the young Esper in surprise.

“Yes, because by forcing ourselves to develop our health, we also develop our Fire element: our will!”

“Then we become stronger not only in Earth magic, but also in Fire magic!” concluded the young Wind Esper, now convinced that he could strengthen both his Earth and Fire magic.
