Past, Present and Future

Shala, the Shape of Time, created a lesson about the Past, Present, and Future.

“For ordinary living beings who haven’t developed their StarDust yet, it is very difficult to grasp the Scales of Time. Because, in fact, it’s a paradox: it’s not natural to be able to perceive them.”

“We all know we live in the present, right? Actions in the past are now immutable—we cannot go back in time to change them. And future actions are actually just actions we will be doing in the present, when that time comes.”

“The important part is to always remember the lessons of Atma, the Shape of Balance!”

“Why?” asked a young Esper who had recently awakened his warm StarDust.

“Because if you dwell too much on the past, you stop living in the present. And it’s the same with the future. But if you live only in the present moment, you risk ignoring what you’ve learned from experience—or failing to think ahead for better outcomes.”
