Simple and sturdy

All the Espers of Esperia knew about Kenko. She was the absolute incarnation of what one would imagine when thinking of proper health.

Not only physically, but mentally as well, Kenko had, throughout the years and through daily effort, become the very Shape of Health.

She would always say: “It’s not complicated, but it certainly requires dedication. And that’s why we are all here, the seven of us.”

“But it is also important to remind ourselves that, unlike material possessions that can be given to anyone, proper health requires effort from within.

“Being simple and sturdy shows the world how good and sincere you are inside.”

“There is no need to become extreme—being in good shape, both in your body and your mind, is more than enough.”

“The time we get to enjoy each day is precious and limited. And we can enjoy it even more when we are healthy!”
