Sleep might be the most overpowered tool that enhances every aspect of one’s life: from learning to physical development, better mood, and more energy. The list is endless!

When you think about it, the synergy between better sleep and a healthier brain just makes sense.

Cha Cha was wondering why human civilization was so keen on disrupting this precious time that everyone could benefit from.

He also wondered why, among other fundamental needs, this still hadn’t become a priority to reshape society around—especially since humans are all different, particularly when it comes to their sleep needs: children, adults, older people… everyone has different sleep preferences!

Cha Cha theorized that prioritizing sleep would have tremendous benefits for human society and talked about it to Guruko, who was already dreaming about her day…
