Kenko, the Shape of Health and Element of Earth, wasn’t the flashiest of all the Shapes, but she was always considered the one you could truly rely on.

She was the living example that working on the fundamentals daily bears fruit, and that these basics become the foundation for everything else. Without good health, everything becomes a burden.

While some Espers were drawn to the brilliance of Eklea or the style of Faya, One Daily Tale always emphasized the importance of building with Kenko the pillars of a healthy life.

And the basics are simple! It’s just a matter of creating good habits!

A good night’s sleep.

Eating well.

Exercising daily.

These fundamentals were highly respected throughout Esperia, forming the first essential step toward creating a harmonious society.

Why? Because they built the foundation on which StarDust could eventually form.
