The Golems of the Earth element

Today, let us take a closer look at the beauty of nature and the element on Esperia that surely represented it best: the Earth element.

The land of the Earth was famous for its breathtaking, picturesque landscapes. Anyone who took the time to admire them was soon overwhelmed by a deep sense of respect for what nature could create all by itself.

Esperia was filled with fascinating creatures, and the Earth element was home to several species that lived only within its unique wilderness.

In the mountains from which the rivers of the land flowed, the Golems blended in with the rocks overlooking majestic valleys. The Golems came in many different sizes and possessed the ability to merge with stone, changing the appearance of their bodies to adapt to their needs.

Despite their gigantic appearance, they lived in perfect harmony with the other creatures. It was not uncommon to see them using their own stone bodies to help small animals cross rivers or to shelter homes from the rain.

The Espers, however, had gradually turned away from nature. The discovery of magic had made them powerful enough to reshape the landscapes as they pleased, and they had begun hunting the Golems.

Why?

Simply because the Golems had hearts made of precious stones…
