The task of rebuilding Esperia on solid foundations was enormous. So many things had to be reconsidered while trying to preserve, as much as possible, the quality of life that magic had made possible, while also limiting its use…
A true challenge that required everyone’s active participation.
The Seven Shapes therefore decided to emphasize the importance of a healthy routine for the Espers all around the world.
Indeed, the discovery of the StarDust was the key that opened the door to a world finally living in harmony with nature, at peace among the five elements, and also at peace within oneself.
Shala, the Shape of Time, had become the symbol that reminded the Espers each day to cultivate their StarDust.
Each Esper was therefore encouraged to know themselves better and to establish a healthy routine that suited them.
By gradually adjusting their routine, each Esper became able to nourish their own StarDust and finally discover the Shadow that resided deep within them.
For the Seven Shapes, building a dialogue with one’s own Shadow was essential, and the true foundation of a genuinely modern civilization.
Not through technology.
But through shared values, freely embraced by everyone.
For to know oneself is to know one’s Shadow, and to learn to accept the Shadow of others as well.
