The Shape of Health: Kenko

In ancient times, there was a land named Esperia,
where harmony prevailed, thanks to the 7 Shapes.

Kenko was the Shape of Health.
Her color was a warm, earthy orange—like the sun on mountain peaks.
Just like the mountains, strong and steady,
Kenko reminded everyone that physical health is the foundation of a good life.

She encouraged movement, healthy food, and plenty of rest.
Sleep was one of her favorite things—
a long night’s rest or a peaceful nap always brought her joy.
But Kenko also knew that good health wasn’t just about strength.
She often turned to the other Shapes,
to learn about balance, proper nutrition, and the knowledge behind true well-being.

She believed that healthy habits come from daily care,
and that keeping track of time was key to staying on the right path.

Among all the Shapes, Kenko was the strongest
and so, when the dark magic of Ruin swept across the land,
she resisted longer than the others.
But without the guidance of her friends,
her strength began to lose its meaning.
Humans, seeing only her power,
forgot the wisdom behind it—
and started to believe that strength alone should rule.
