Theory and Practice

Kenko, the Shape of Health, worked very hard to create the lessons about health. It was considered one of the most important subjects, for health is the foundation of one’s life!

She soon realized that she needed the cooperation of all the other Shapes so that health would hold the central place it deserved among all the Espers. To do what was best for them, they first needed knowledge about it, and so she asked Vati to build an easy-to-understand theory on health.

Atma, the Shape of Balance, helped remind everyone that overdoing things in either direction goes against the natural flow of life.

And of course, Kenko believed that practicing what was learned was the best way to confirm understanding—and the only way to show real progress.

For good health can only be achieved by the Esper itself. No one can exercise or eat properly in its place.
