Welcome to Esperia — A World of Harmony and Magic
In Esperia, magical creatures called Espers nurture the StarDust, a glowing energy that lives within all.
The Seven Shapes guide this world, bringing balance, wisdom, and care to every being.
Each day, One Daily Tale shares a story from their magical tome—let it inspire your StarDust to shine brighter.
Step into today’s story and let the magic unfold…

The presence of Atma, the Shape of Balance, had brought something precious and unprecedented to Esperia: a simpler understanding of the importance of balance.
Why was this so important for the Espers who were trying to build a civilization in harmony with their planet?
Because every action has consequences.
There are, of course, the consequences we hope for and intentionally seek when we take action.
But there are also unwanted, unknown, or invisible effects at first glance, for ourselves, for others, or for the environment.
For the Espers, using magic seemed like a perfectly harmless action. It had brought them benefits that had once been unimaginable.
Blinded by the seemingly endless potential of magic, their civilization had never considered its other effects…
Indeed, using magic also consumed a small part of the Aether, the life source of the planet.
This precious Aether had taken millions of years to form and had made life possible on Esperia: the plants, the trees, the forests, the animals, on land as well as in rivers and oceans.
The Espers, too.
The world after the War of Chaos had revealed one truth: until then, the consequences of the Espers’ actions had remained limited for their planet. But the use of magic had disrupted the planet’s fragile and delicate balance, devastating it and leaving its mark forever.
Plants, trees, forests, and animals, on land as well as in rivers and oceans, had perished.
The Espers, too.
The time had finally come for everyone to think about the consequences of their actions.

Tale
When writing One Daily Tale, the Seven Shapes thought about how best to deliver the message. And because they believed they had found the key to harmony, they felt a responsibility to share it with every Esper. This eventually gave birth to the peaceful world of Esperia! Tales and stories had always been the way…

The Color of Your Flame
Faya, the Shape of Willpower and Element of Fire, taught a lesson about the flame inside each of the Espers. “You each carry within you a fire that gives you the strength to face adversity and helps you accomplish things you never thought you could.” “Fire is only one of the elements, but when combined…

Mens sana in corpore sano
While knowledge of a healthy way of life is of course important, Kenko, the Shape of Health, emphasizes practice above all. Because to have “a healthy mind in a healthy body,” you must care for both! Body and mind are connected, and since time is limited and balance is key, Kenko always reminded the Espers…

Light and Shadow
Eklea, the Shape of Awareness, had the difficult task of writing about consciousness when the Seven Shapes created One Daily Tale. A complicated task indeed—but as the element of Lightning, Eklea always carried a tool with her: light! If lightning flashes only briefly in the darkness, the discovery of StarDust at the end of the…

Just like the wind
When teaching about empathy and compassion, Gurumin, as the Element of Wind, liked to use her element as an example. She loved watching the clouds in the sky, gently moved and reshaped by the breeze. Their calmness reminded her that empathy requires careful listening. When we are caught in the flow of our lives, we sometimes…

Never stop learning
Esperia had become a world of harmony. Vati reflected on how it had been chaos and war only a few hundred years ago… before the discovery of StarDust, the Shadow within every Esper, and the birth of Atma, the Shape of Balance. With the Great Library at the heart of Esperia, the Seven Shapes had…

Of Balance and Waves
When Atma was born, she brought with her a new concept. Balance in everything is like a wave: the cycle of day and night, the turning of the seasons, even life and death. There were natural rhythms all around Esperia, and when one looked more closely, they all seemed like waves. Sound, light, the flow…

Back to the Future
On Esperia, the presence of Shala, the Shape of Time, was essential to help the Espers grasp the notions of future, past, and present. Why? Because any past or future action is nothing more than an action that has once been done in the present! And thus, it was difficult for the Espers to fully…
