Unable to sleep

Today, Kenko, the Shape of Health, wanted to talk about something the Espers often overlooked: the importance of sleep.

“Sleep is so important for your health that being unable to sleep may be one of the most detrimental things that can happen,” she warned.

“This is something that should be addressed as soon as possible, as it influences every aspect of your daily life—your studies or work, your appetite, and even your mood!”

“There is a natural cycle of day and night on Esperia, and we naturally follow its rhythm. As much as we can, respecting this rhythm helps us stay healthy!”

“Our StarDust needs proper sleep to shine brighter, and a lack of proper sleep affects it profoundly.”

“We now understand that sleep is one of the foundations of good health, which is why the writings in One Daily Tale often guide us to place sleep among the most important things to care for each day.”

“Good sleep for good health!”
