A simple meal

Though Esperia was now living in peace, many wars had been fought, and the last one, the Chaos War, finally led the Espers to realize that the StarDust, shared by every Esper, was the key to developing a society in harmony.

Health was understood to be an essential pillar of that harmony, and Kenko, the Shape of Health and Element of Earth, believed that for a peaceful society to exist, the basic needs of nutrition and sleep had to be a top priority.

These are the foundations of proper health, which guides daily life. The Earth Espers were entrusted with the responsibility of providing simple meals that would be healthy for everyone.

Not the easiest of tasks for sure! But they were supported by all the other Shapes and Espers, because it became clear that this was the first step toward peace.

Simple meals can lead to a world in harmony.
