A World Out of Alignment with Health

Joliko, our little red panda from the country of the Earth element, looked on with dismay at how modern society had evolved, making it increasingly out of alignment with health.

Since the world had become sedentary, even the country of the Earth element, which was known for looking after health and staying close to nature, had gradually absorbed the influence of the other elements and transformed its landscape.

The use of magic only amplified this phenomenon, offering more and more easy means of transportation or ultra-processed meals ready to be consumed.

Moreover, physical health was not the only thing affected: new technologies had brought an immeasurable amount of distractions, leaving no longer enough room for mental rest or for the imagination that silence allows.

And when we understand that physical health and mental health are intrinsically connected, reflecting on the world around us helps us become aware of the gap between what society offers us and what we should do to preserve our health.

“Going against the flow of society is not simple… Yet health remains a major concern throughout the world. And when we are in good health, the people who love us do not need to worry more about our well-being.”

Doing our best to stay healthy is also a way of showing our love for those who are dear to us.
