Eat Until 80% Full

In a world where magic was abundant, where the limits of planetary resources were often misunderstood, and where reality was frequently concealed, healthy eating had also become a problem to solve.

This was the situation in which Esperia found itself during centuries of conflict between the Five elements.

The Earth element and its Espers were the closest to nature and understood best what good health truly meant. Rules of eating behavior were passed down like important traditions, and one of them was to limit oneself to eating until 80% full.

As the saying goes, “Eat until you are 80% full and you will not need a doctor.”

The importance of a balanced life for better health had now become easier for the other elements to understand as well, thanks to the presence of Kenko, the Shape of Health, and Atma, the Shape of Balance.

Both had worked together to spread this saying.

Everyone, in their own way, then had the duty to integrate this practice into their daily routine.

The Lightning Espers completely agreed and liked to say:
“Now that we know, it seems obvious. But if you do not know it, you cannot invent it.”
